Earth Day Fredenhagen Park 4/2021

RAD celebrates

Earth Day 2021

helping to beautify

Fredenhagen Park

The Club adopted Fredenhagen Park

and is committed to enhancing

this beautiful community resource.

April 17th – May 16th 2021

Rotary members believe that we have a shared responsibility

to take action on our world’s most persistent issues.

We began our fight against polio in 1979

with a project to immunize 6 million children in the Philippines.

Today, polio remains endemic in only three countries

down from 125 in 1988.

The RAD Virtual Ride to End Polio has this mission in mind!

Rotary Club of Naperville After Dark has set a goal of raising $3,000

and YOU can help us.

Register for our RAD Virtual Ride to End Polio today!

Fee: $25 Individual Registration and a commitment to raise pledges!

“Complete” your virtual ride by May 16th and gather pledges.

Balloon Buddies 2020

Rotary Club of Naperville After Dark
along with Huck Bouma PC participated recently in the National Campaign
We would like to thank Michelle from Awesome Balloons Creations for creating these darling Balloon Buddies for the residents of Independence Village in Naperville.
With the support of donations from Michelle Tibble herself, Huck Bouma, and Naperville Rotary After Dark, we were able to provide a balloon buddy for each of the 48 residents. Nothing but joy and kindness was spread from the delivery of the buddies for all the residents, Huck Bouma Staff, and members of Naperville Rotary After Dark

Special thanks to the Rotary Club of Naperville After Dark, Huck Bouma PC and DQS US for providing holiday cards, candy and poinsettias to the over 1,000 nursing home and assisted living residents who have been on lockdown for almost 9 months now with no regular visitation in the home from family, friends, volunteers, chaplains.

Thank you for your selfless service comforting so many people in need.

District Governor debi Ross visits RAD

We were excited to have debi join us on October 22nd where she "crowned" our RAD Rockstar, Karyn Charvat.  She also awarded member, Dr, Caroline Morrison with her Paul Harris Fellow Plus 4 Gold pin for her ongoing dedication and support of the Rotary Foundation.

In celebration of Rotary World Polio Day on October 24th, we used purple ribbons to signify that we are "this close" to Polio eradication in the world.
